We are a local, family run, independent business offering a professional and personal approach to our landlords. Our aim is to ensure that renting a property is an uncomplicated stress free experience.

Our office is open from 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday. We also have a 24 hour out of hours message service which is constantly monitored in case of any emergencies.

We have different levels of service so you can choose what’s best for you. You can either manage your property yourself, or we can look after it throughout your journey as a landlord and take responsibility for its management.

Whichever you choose, our team will guide you every step of the way.

Fully Management Service

Fully Managed Service – 10% + vat of monthly rent & £250 + VAT tenancy set up Fee

• Full rental appraisal and guidance on rental income
• Obtaining income references, Right to Rent checks, Landlord references if applicable and full credit check
• Advertising on popular property websites including RightMove, Zoopla, Primelocation, our own web site and if requested a To Let board
• All Accompanied Viewings
• Shorthold tenancy agreement setup & notices served when required.
• Collection of rent by standing order
• Coordination of repairs & general maintenance when required liaising with our contractors or your own if required
• Regular inspections of the property
• Arrangement of Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Tests and EPC as required at reduced rates
• Regular updates by either text, email or phone & monthly statements
• Notification to utility companies when tenants move in/out
• Tenant deposit collected and registered with the Deposit Protection Service
• We deal with all the tenants enquiries 24 hours a day giving you a stress free let
• If any service charges etc need to be paid we can arrange to pay any management company directly from the rental income
• Annual income and expenses summary for tax returns. We can send this directly to your accountant if preferred

No Let, No Fee

Tenant Find Only Service – 60% + VAT of 1 month’s rent & £250.00 tenancy set up Fee

• All accompanied Viewings
• Short hold tenancy agreement setup
• Tenant deposit collected and registered with the Deposit Protection Service
• Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Tests and EPC available at reduced rates
